Default Accessing MPH from Onboard Computer

Does anyone in the community know if there is any procedure for accessing time-place-MPH data from onboard computer in my 2017 F150 Lariat? Cops says 50 in a 35 but I do not think I was going more than 45. Thanks

These trucks don't have data logging like that. Its a 50k truck, not a 300 million dollar aircraft.
