Default AC Pressure Help

So I've been chasing this infamous "fans come on full speed anytime the AC is on" issue. The fans them turn off if I unplug the high pressure switch. This tells me there's a problem on the high side, either high pressure, or a bad switch.

So today I picked up a set of manifold gauges. I think my high side pressure is too high, but can anyone confirm? And can anyone help me diagnose where the problem might be.

first picture is a static test. Second is dynamic.

Have the system evacuated and correctly recharged.

My truck was at a shop for the past few days and they ended up replacing the thermal expansion valve. Let's hope that fixes it!

Was that the problem? I'm having similar issues with mine too.
