Default AC issue...?

So my AC quit working about 3 weks ago, it was working perfect all day then after a brief stop and restart of the truck it wasn't working. I checked the fuses, checked the charge and a few other things. I was getting ready to call and put in a warranty claim and the AC started working again just a few days ago.?.? Make it make sense.

It helps if you identify what you're working on...

Sorry, blower still worked, all dash lights indicating AC was working, belt still on pulley, clutch not engaging.
