Default ABS light

I'm taking a shot in the dark. I got my tires rotated and balanced before a road trip in my 2019 XLT. On the way “ Service Advance Trac” , Pre Collision Assist and Hill-start and ABS lights all come on. I get back, jack up the truck, and notice the tire shop guys jostled the zip tie on the ABS sensor so the wheel rubbed the line and cut it. I spliced it back together finished it up with some black tape and put everything back together. Here's my question...Do I have to take it to the dealer to turn the lights off, or is there a procedure. I already tried the one where you turn the key on and disconnect the battery for five minutes.

Make sure wiring is repaired correctly wheel speed sensors are usually difficult to repair i would personally replace it..If you are sure that wiring repair was done correctly inspect sensor and tone ring for any damage..I usually clear codes using Ford IDS or even Forscan...But ABS warning lights usually go away when faults are corrected

Its messed, replace the sensor and wire. You should have gone back to the place that did the work before doing your repair. It is on them to fix it.
