Chirp Repair
Only about 1 hour worth of driving. Cant speak for the longevity of how quiet it is obviously, but am very confident in it. The second the truck started it was a night and day difference, sounds so smooth...
Dropped the truck off at the dealership first thing Monday and got a call to pick it up Wednesday early afternoon. The chirping was really not the main issue it was at the dealership for though, had to bring it back as they hadn't tried to remedy the accel/decel rattle (which was my main concern). So I brought the truck right back, and its currently still there.
I dont have any videos, but thanks to iPhone "live pictures" I have about a 2 second clip of it chirping away. Unfortunately I doubt there is a way to upload that here.

I don't see where you stated what repair was done by the dealership to rectify the situation with the squeak.

Dropped the truck off at the dealer this evening for diagnosis. Hope they realize what it is and get it fixed. Super obnoxious.
In the meantime they gave me a loaner Ford Escape. It was that, or wait up to 3 hours on another customer to return a loaner. Not real pleased with the Escape - first time with warranty work so I wasn't sure I could refuse the Escape in order to get another truck.

At the 12k mile mark now with my '16 F150 5.0L. I am happy to report that enough carbon has built up in the passenger side catalytic converter that the 'squeek' is barely noticeable at all now. Give it some time and you should have equal results. It's common that every brand new 5.0L V8 F150 in the past 4 -5 years has had this issue. My new '18 Corvette Grand Sport with a 6.2L V8 which now has 3,500 miles makes the same stupid noise, most worse at cold engine start up. If you get a chance check out my YouTube channel Ozzstar for more info: www.youtube.com/ozzstar/videos

Mine is intermittent, I can't pin point when exactly it's happening.
