Bought a 2017 coyote on 1/2/18. Changed the oil on 1/22/18 @ 1,000 miles because I'm picky like that. Oil life monitor went off on 10/16/18 @ 10,599 miles. Didn't burn a drop. I use Pennzoil ultra platinum 5w30 which I'm sure many will frown upon but my feel good meter is better with 5w30 over 5w20. I also drove it like I stole it for those first 1,000 miles. Maybe not so much off the line but once I got up to 20-30 mph I'd stomp the gas pedal till about 65 then back off. Again - I'll get told break-in isn't necessary but my feel good meter has been at 100% since I've owned it.

My 2016 XLT 5.0 was down about a quart after the first 4,500 miles when I did my first oil/filter change w Mobile 1.
I've changed it every 7,500 miles since then and have never had to add a drop. I'm at 36,000 miles now

Had my oil changed at about 5k miles at the dealership. Oil life warning just went off again at about 7k miles. Shows 5% left. I watched it drop about 20% per week of driving.
Burns a ton of oil. Dipstick is dry every other week, and oil gets added. Whatever oil is left in there stays fairly fresh, so I'm waiting until 10k for the next oil change. Dealer looked at it and claims it is within Ford allowed consumption. Yet by my calculations, it uses a qt every 300-500 miles...depending on how long it sits idling.
It has another service visit in a couple of weeks, since none of the many problems were fixed last time.

Too soon to tell for me. I've only had 1 drain @4500km. Prior to that, around 4000km I added about 3/4 of a quart. The truck was delivered with the oil level right in the middle of the hash marks. I added the 3/4ish of a quart when the oil level was almost at the lower dot and that brought the level to about 3/4 of the way up the hash mark's. So I guess in reality it used about half a quart in the first 4000km. I'm only at 5600km now and level has not changed since my last oil change.
