Default 4WD selector back light

Hey all, I just noticed on my 18 lariat my 4WD selector switch does not have any light. The 2, 4a, 4wd, and 4l are lit up but the switch itself is not, and at night time you literally can’t see what is selected...

Is this normal?? Or is my switch burnt out.

Thanks

If you are in 4A, 4H, OR 4L it shows in the instrument cluster by the odometer.

Ya, I think it would look more finished if there was something there.
