Need some input or direction, please. I just recently bought an XL that I want to do the 8", with nav conversion. There's a ton of information but I rather talk this through with someone who knows, vs watching a youtube video. Someone locally has this sync 3 screen and APIM for $200, I would still need to buy the bezel, GPS antenna, and Forscan to program the apim. Can anyone confirm that's all I need or am I swinging hard for a miss?

 

I googled that part number. Appears to be a non nav apim. Also that usb hub doesn’t appear to be the correct one just by the rcas that are showing. Not 100% sure if you need that in a 2018, but I did in my 15
