Assuming the black spot next to the truck on the birds eye view isn't normal? Usually the backup camera is entirely black like this but now it seems to be affecting the 360 camera as well whether its during reverse or just hitting the button. Squeezed an appointment in with ford but it'll be a month. The truck is still under warranty for a 2016 and I'm hoping this should be a warranty fix, right?

 

Just purchased my 16 Platinum with 56k miles. I believe it’s beyond it’s warranty. I am having the same issue with my rear camera. I have an appt weds, I’ll let you know what they say.

What was the solution to this issue? Having a similar issue with the surround view cameras but it’s intermittent. Still have a year and a half on my extended warranty so I’d like to get it figured out before they expires.
