Installed a 31"Arsenal curved LED lightbar. Cheap but it works great. Happy overall, but the mounting bolts started to rust so I replaced them with stainless and painted the brackets black (after pics were taken). Haven't decided on a spot to mount the switch yet so it's in the trailer brake cubby for now. Light is plenty bright.
Are there any concerns with airflow by blocking up that space? It seems like Ford engineered the grilles fairly specifically and the spot where we're cramming these bars looks like it's meant to channel incoming air. Just wondering.

That's smart to get the cover. Can you get them for most light bars? I do a lot of freeway driving so can see it being a good investment.
I know you can get the covers for any length Putco light bar.
Rigid light bars also have covers available.
Just do a google search for led light bar covers for whatever brand you have.
