Oh, I forgot I did snap a picture.
111 degrees outside at the time. 15-20 minutes of driving, stop/go city traffic lights.
Then 5-8 minutes of 50mph or so. Then later temps were within 3 degrees.

Your trucks run WAY cooler than mine. Or at least appear to. I typically see 218-223 °F coolant temp and 208-213 °F transmission temp while interstate cruising at 75 MPH with a 85-95 °F ambient temp. Same with cooler ambient temps as well. No payload or towing.
Maybe I've got an issue?

The thermostat doesn't start to open until 190 and isn't fully open until 210. And it's an old fashioned wax thermostat nothing electronic or computer controlled. Without the A/C on the cooling fans turn on at 220 and run on low speed until it gets down to 205. The Asian automakers are known for making "cold running " engines compared to American and European automakers because they run 185-200. Even for them your numbers would be to cold. 166 from the lower radiator hose would keep even their colder thermostats closed.
