If you are asking about getting the 3.4 Sync update, I would avoid updating directly over wifi. I had Sync 3.3 when I purchased my used F150 last year. It had maps, navigation and SiriusXM after I updated over wifi to 3.4 the maps and Satellite radio disappeard. I did not make a big deal of it because I stream from my phone and use Googe Maps and stream Sirius from my phone. However last week I decided to call Ford on a couple of issues and they told me that my vehicle never had maps navigation or satellite radio. The car is out of warranty and they want me to take it to the stealership.
I would recommend trying to download the update from Ford or Cyanlabs. Watch some youtube videos.
