Guy could be wrong?..Lincoln has a 3.0 twin turbo

Doubt Ford would offer 2.7, 3.0, and 3.5 liter V-6s in an F150 without one being a diesel. And that picture is definitely an F150.

Could very will be..read the link...guy is basing his article on 3.0 typically being diesel...hes guessing...just like im guessing it might be the same engine lincoln /ford already have...its been discussed in this forum

Taken from the TruckTrend article which also shows a DEF tank under cab -

Ford will likely source its motor from overseas, as Ram does with the VM Motori-designed EcoDiesel V-6. One possible option? The 3.0L V-6 (called Lion) found under the hoods of certain Jaguar and Land Rover products. In the American-market Range Rover, the so-called Td6 produces 440 lb-ft at 1,750 rpm, compared to the Ram 1500 EcoDiesel’s 420 lb-ft at 2,000 rpm. Ford could even retune the engine for more low-end torque if it really wants to add insult to injury.
