I don't believe there is a difference in the bedsides on a Limited from a regular F150 so I'm not sure I'm following. I do notice the reverse sensors are further outboard on the new Limited bumper so they clear the exhaust. If one was to cut the holes in a standard bumper they would interfere with the backup sensors.

The blue truck pictured above is a Raptor bumper and the taper on the bedsides on a Raptor then a regular F150 are different.

Pulled your vin you shared and entered it into Ford Parts. It pulls up the parts catalog, everything is available except the rear bumper. Had parts department do the same and same results! So...than we put in a Vin for a 19” xlt and same, no rear bumper parts available. He thinks it’s possible that the catalog hasn’t been updated because there might be more than just the “end caps” that are different. Who knows though, either way I’ll still part it all out. Did the 17-18 complete front end conversion, this can’t be half the time and parts that went into that.

There's gonna be a huge number of stock 2015-2018 rear bumpers available here on the forum when the 2019 bumpers get released!! HAHA

Might as well try and sell the old bumpers to a local body shop or dealer for cheap... LOL they'll be expensive to ship because of size/weight

The fab work could be done to a current f150 bumper to make it look like a limited one. If you have the right equipment and welders anything is possible to make it look oem and you could do it for cheap. Mark out your radius and plasma cut it, then weld in a little peice of steel rolled to the radius (or cut a peice of pipe in half) if you don't have a roller and it will give you a nice clean line like the limited one. It could be a fun project in the garage if your into it and it will have that built not bought feeling.

Do we think the current Raptor exhaust system will fit the new Limited bumper cutouts? Or will the tips be too wide??

I’m pretty sure the Raptor tips are 4” and the Limited ones look smaller than that (probably 3”) based on pictures... Could just put different tips on it to make them fit...

Is the Raptor exhaust system for the high output 3.5 EB be compatible with the lower 3.5 EB engine on the “normal” models?
