Sensor harness needs to be replaced or lengthened, guys have used original sensor mounts but trimmed them.
FYI I have a 2018 all the holes were in frame and in the hitch frame hope that helps

OCMike didn’t have them on his 2018 in his YouTube videos. I think it’s hit and miss for 2018, but both my 2019s has/have the holes.

Or maybe Regular cabs don’t have the holes in the frame because they would never be Limited’s or Raptors

My 18 built in winter of 17 did not have the holes. Only late build 18s got them.

Yes those are the bumper holes for the brackets, there is also the driver side hanger that is the same as passenger, hopefully you have the holes for the nut plates to clip in, they are to the rear of the bracket that has the hoses and wiring that drops down to the rear axle. I had to gently bend this bracket back to get clearance from those wires and brake lines

For the guys that care...watch the driver side frame hanger in comparison to your exhaust.
The exhaust grows in length when it’s hot...this caused the piping on mine to lightly contact the hanger and was causing false knock.

Probably the only place it would exist is aftermarket. The bumper sections are from the highest level trim package Ford makes, with all the technology on the truck, it wouldn’t function without backup sensors. So your options are 1) add rear sensing and the sensors, 2) put “fake” sensors in to fill the holes, 3) have a body shop fill the holes.
