I just got off the phone with AutoNation White Bear Lake. The VIN I have: 1FTEW1CG3KFA00223 is a very early truck, and is in the Ford parts system but the rear bumpers are not in the catalog yet.
Sounds like we will just a have to wait a little longer for the parts catalog to be updated for 2019.

Do a Google search in your area, and you might be able to find one locally. If not there are several online listing. The bumpers are not that large when they are broken down so shipping wouldn't be outrageous.
It might be possible to have the parts drop shipped directly to a shop.

there's a lot that they do. Has to be stripped with acid bath then magnesium and quenched then a jig needs to be made for the polishing pretty lengthy. Unbelievable the cost as well. Example: a motorcycle head lamp is $200-$300 if done correctly.

Little update....FordParts.com has a pretty cool chat feature that only seems to work correctly with Microsoft Edge.
I put in the VIN I posted above and the operator at the other end also verified the '19 Limited bumpers are not in the system yet.
I asked when, and they didn't know? Can't blame them for that. So I'll be checking with them weekly trying to get the part number. Using the chat isn't as big a pain as calling and bothering a dealer.

This really has me thinking I am going to wait on my Roush install. And change the routing out the back for this. Only thing I have to figure out though... when the cut out is closed, exhaust only comes out one pipe. When they are both existing together at the side, you would never notice this, but with them split coming out the back, this will be noticeable especially in winter. So I think I would have to do something like combining the two outputs right off the muffler into maybe into an X pipe or something. Hmmm... would that be odd to have an x pipe AFTER the muffler???
