Default 2019 center console

Ok, yes I know this is not an F150 before anyone goes off. My wife had a 2019 Expedition Limited that has the center dial shifter. While going to the fireworks on Ft Gordon, an idiot cut me off and we lost her military ID that wa sitting next to the dial shifter. I have removed the trim around the shifter and looked in the cubbyholes and not found it. I want to remove the center console or at least pull it back to look for the ID. I have already removed the 7mm bolt to the center side panel shelf and the 10mm bolt 1/2 way up the side as well as the bezel around the shifter. Center console feels loose but will not slide back. What am I missing?

I appreciate the assistance. Thank you.

Tom

Thanks Roxynoodle, I appreciate the assistance and video. I have that part and the both lower side trims out and still cannot get the console out. I am putting everything back together and going to make an appointment to get her a new ID card. Lessons learned to never lay anything on top of the center console while driving. Thanks.

I would think that the ID went under the seat, even under the carpet if a side is exposed by the seat or console

I don't - this isn't the first time I've heard of a small card or slip of paper sliding into a gap in the console and getting lost. I stick things I need quick access to in the little storage pocket beneath the door handle. Perfect size for CC, ID cards, cash, etc. and deep enough to keep them from bouncing out.

Thanks everyone, I looked around again and still have not found it, went under both seats, through every nook and cranny that I could find and no dice. Got an appointment for Monday to get her a new ID card.

You'll probably find the one that got lost on Tuesday.
