Default 2019 2" drop shackles question...

Is anyone lowering their truck 2" in the rear? Im told there is a bed mount that needs to be notched to install the shackles. Anyone?

It's isn't a bed mount, it's a bed support that runs right above your shackle. Like a light duty crossmember.

From what ive read i think you can remove the rear blocks and do a 1" drop shackle without any notching. Ive removed my rear blocks and am hoping to do the 1" shackles to get it more level

I have these Ground Force 2" drop shackles on mine and they did not require notching out the bed support. One thing mine required (that wasn't mentioned or included) were pinion shims to keep the correct angle for the driveshaft. The total drop for mine was pretty close to the full 2". Like already mentioned, you could also remove the rear block to give you a little more drop. Max Trac makes a 1" drop shackle; you could do that + remove the rear block and might be able to get away w/o needing shims - not that shims are an issue to install.
