EDIT: Also, wondering, does this mean you can't reset it? I'm assuming it will still trip reminding you to change the oil...

I never waited to let it trip I did it at 30%.

Just learned that now if you want to replace the headlight bulbs, you have to take out the entire grille. What a joke...

I have an 18 Lariat and No you don't have to take out the grill to replace the bulbs. You only have to do that if you are removing the whole headlight assembly.
