A (or in your case, B) = part of the serial number (It would seem the letter A has been used up, and they've moved on to B.)

A more recent check on COTUS shows the date has moved up from 12/31 to 12/27!
A couple more weeks & when it finally starts getting built, ..., & maybe it'll move up to 12/24 or better, just in time for a Christmas delivery!

 

I ordered mine Sept. 16, was told 10 to 12 weeks. I thought that was fine as I am retiring at the end of December and I thought that would keep me from trashing my new truck. Dealer called Oct. 10 to tell me it was sitting on their lot.🤔
