About 3 weeks ago my Fordpass app for my brand new 2018 F150 quit working. Within Sync 3 if I go to the settings page the ESN for the modem is blank. I tried reactivating the Fordpass feature and the truck doesn’t seem to even see the activation requests. I’m not sure if this is a Sync 3 version 3 issue or maybe a dead cell modem. Has anyone had this problem before? Does anyone know where the SIM card for the Sync Connect/Fordpass modem is in the truck. Maybe it came loose? Thanks in advance. I tried the search feature and didn’t see anyone post anything similar.

The SIM is internal, by the way. Good luck with the fix.
