2018 Ford F-150 STX LED Bulb size
Hi y'all,
I just picked up a 2018 F-150 STX Super Crew 2wd in Lightning Blue yesterday. I want to upgrade the bulbs to LED's and just want to make sure I am researching the correct sizes?
The low beams are 9140 and the fog lights are H11? Is there another number you can use for the low beams, I don't seem to be finding them under 9140.
Thanks!
Emil

Fairly new to light conversions....is it as simple as swapping in a $30 LED bulb replacement? I thought there were issues with that, but maybe not on this vehicle. I know in my friend's jeep, when he replaced the headlights with LED's, the unit came with an anti-flicker modulator.

Yes, I bought these:
I'm happy, they look great and are bright. I had the truck leveled so I had to lower the headlights a little bit. Only issue is with the rubber cap on the back, the oem one doesn't fit snugly so I bought a pair of aftermarket ones, I haven't put them on yet. After changing the bulbs, it rained and I noticed condensation in the lens assembly of both lights. My friend thinks it's from water leaking in. But odd thing is the passenger side has dried up, but the drivers side still shows some condensation, very weird.
