Default 2018 F150 LED conversion- wheel well access

Hey everyone, I just got a set of LED headlights and fog lights from Adam at 4x4truckLEDs. MY truck is 2 days old and I'm terrified of breaking it by taking the entire headlight assembly out.

I decided to install them from behind the wheel well. It was cake. I made a video of it and if it helps just one person I'll be happy.

I will add pics of the final results tomorrow.

I can say though that I didn't need to adjust the angle at all!
Completely level upon install. I have no regrets with this kit - and a shout out to Adam for answering my 900 questions that I emailed him one at a time lol.

I spent hours reasearching led vs hid aftermarkets. Forget what you read about lumens and all that other nonsense. I realized that once I installed the LED kit, none of that mattered, what did matter was I was able to see a lot better than factory and it was BRIGHT! Low beams and fog lights

...you had factory halogens? Reading multiple headlight threads on here is utterly confusing. So you just put in bulbs so aren't you going to blind all oncoming traffic because your housings scatter the light everywhere or no?

He should have used Canbus resistors. There is a good chance he will get flickering or light out issues.

Looks great! Do they seem to have a clean cutoff to not blind oncoming traffic?

No issues on my 15 with LED without Canbus adapters.

Curious if the DRL still functions with the LED's?

I have the same lights on my 18...to answer a few questions....
Yes you will need the canbus adaptors, the flickering is minimal but it bothered me alot.
The DRL do not work with these bulbs.
They have a clean cutoff and do not blind traffic anymore than your stock halogens would.
Overall I love these lights and would buy again.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but if you want high beams as well you have to buy the high beam led light? Or will only one or the other work?

Where did you get a canbus adapter or which one would you recommend?
