Default 2018 engine/drivetrain noise

I have an ‘18 F150 3.5l eco boost with 117,691 miles. There is a noise coming from the front driver side of the truck that sounds horrible. I can sometimes feel it clicking under my feet. It goes for a few seconds and then shifts to the passenger rear side and goes away, but not always. I have also noticed the temperature gauge goes up slightly and begins to display the temperature digitally. I have seen it get as high as 241° before. Never got any warning lights or messages. It happens while cruising down interstate or 40mph in town. Rpm’s do not go up but turbo climbs or falls normally. Rpm’s at 1500-2000 every time. It happens with A/C on or not. Anyone have this issue before and what was it? TIA.
