Default 2018+ BoxLink hole dimensions

OK, I've just bought some parts to start a BoxLink project to add load bars, which will add some actual modularity to the system. I need to have some brackets made up, so I've used a caliper to measure the hole diameter and distance, but I wanted some verification. The holes are countersunk top & bottom--which I'll never understand--so measuring is a bit of a challenge. If anyone has specs for the cleats from Ford, even better.

The 2018+ style cleats have vertical holes. I'm no longer using the 2015-2017 cleats, which have horizontal holes.

I measure each cleat as having two 10mm holes, 122mm apart. Does that sound about right?

Bump - anyone? I have just a handful of other parts to pull together for this project, and it's not too late yet to account for corrections to my measurements.
