Thanks Probie. Now if my old antiquated *** can figure out all these bells and whistles I'll be good. Get ready for lots of questions.

Nice looking truck and the suspension and seats will soften as it breaks in.

The seats seem a bit firm but adjusting them to suit me seemed to help more than anything. Since I got the standard tow package instead of the 3.5 with the max tow package the ride is amazing.

Nice truck! Love the color (but I'm a bit biased). I thought my screw lb rode pretty well, I never tested the swb. Good luck with it!

Congrats on the new truck - very nice!

I have to say I didn't get your wife's complaint unless she is used to a plush comfy luxury car. My F150 has max tow and 20" wheels yet both my wife and I think this is our best riding vehicle yet - to the point I'm afraid I can't get her out of it! She has a 2014 Pathfinder Platinum which to me seems more like a minivan than an SUV. Now she wants her own F150 but we already have four 4-wheel drive tow vehicles.

Congrats on the truck, looks great! Did you get the added 995 tow package or is it the standard hitch that the truck comes with?

I've got an 18 Sport Screw 3.5 with max tow in 2wd. I definitely feel the stiffness in the rear sometimes towing or not. It reminds me of 3/4 ton stiffness slightly. Makes sense since the advertised tow rating is in older 3/4 ton diesel territory. Larger dips and bumps it is more apparent and less likeable but otherwise the ride and handling is great.

Wandering where the added stiffness is coming from though. They strengthened the rear of the truck for 18 to get the extra tow capacity from what I recall. Also added monotube shocks this year.

Anybody know for sure what stiffens the ride in the max tow for 18's? Different spring rate? My truck has some serious rake. Sits almost 3.5 inches higher in the rear. I don't recall seeing such a hot rod rake on Fords before. Bilsteins at 1.75 are coming soon.
