2017 V8 engine replacement?
This sound very suspicious. By design the 5.0 reduces oil pressure when hot at idle. If the oil pressure is too low the PCM would throw a code and your oil pressure gauge would read low. Using Forscan one could monitor the oil pressure and at hot idle it is around 10 to 12 PSI. Also, make sure you use the correct oil, 5W-20 Ford Synthetic Blend.
Probably the only thing you need to do is replace the VCT solenoid(s)…
Hard to believe at 59K miles the bearings would be toast. I would hook up Forscan and monitor cold start and hot idle oil pressure. They should be > 60 PSI cold and around 10 to 12 PSI hot.

dealers do not want to replace these even under warranty.
