Default 2017 Turbo problem

I have a 2017 with a 3.5 EcoBoost twin turbo. Yesterday while accelerating to pass a car on the interstate, I heard a loud pop and suddenly lost power. I switched the gauge selection to show turbo boost and it was zero. The truck does run and there are no high temps or anything but I did get a message on the screen with a wrench saying, "see manual". I called my local ford dealer who said they can't even look at it for 3 weeks. Ouch. It was just in a few weeks ago for a cam phaser replacement so I'm wondering if maybe a hose or something came off. Is there a connection somewhere that would cause this and loose both turbo's? Any help would be appreciated.

Loud pop sounds like charge pipe came loose/broke.

Thanks todd92, that is exactly what it was. I looked under the front and saw the charge pipe came loose. I took it back to the Ford dealer this morning and they fixed it right away. They must not have got it tight when they did the cam phaser replacement. I'm a happy guy again.
