My '17 F-150 has 56k out of warranty bc of years. The torque converter has gone out. It's been at the dealership over a month. Ford customer service shows the part shipped and closed the case. Dealership has told me it will ship 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20 and now 10/25. Dealership says call Ford. Ford says call dealership. Any suggestions?

​​​​​​Ford offered to reimburse me for rental car and an extended 3 yr/36k warranty. None of which they can put in writing they say until the repair is completed. And yes, this is from Ford customer care.
