Default 2017 f150 led conversion issue

Just installed the headlights and harness for the halogen to led conversion. Everything works perfectly fine except the passenger side blinker, it does not blink. The little black box on the passenger side makes a ticking noise when the blinker is on and the driver side does not but works fine. I'm assuming it is a bad box? I know nothing when it comes to electrical stuff. Anybody else have this issue or know what the problem might be for sure? Thanks

Probably a bad harness- if its connected correctly- Just send it back for a new one.

Flip the connector. It's probably upside down
