Default 2017 501A Lariat VS. 2018 302A XLT

I am going to pull the trigger on a new truck soon. I am debating on a 2017 501A Lariat or 18 XLT 302A. The XLT will run me about $41K after rebates and A Plan. The Lariat will likely be around $44K or so. These prices are after rebates and A-plan pricing.

What would you buy?

Items the Lariat will have that the XLT will lack:

-Bliss
-Large display cluster
-Ambient lighting
-Leather
-Power Fold Mirrors
-Leather-Covered Dash
-Dual Climate Control
-Cooled Seats

Is there anything I am missing?

Also, I optioned out four different trucks for kicks. The XLT trucks are optioned the same as each other and the Lariat trucks are optioned alike as well.

'18 Lariat 501A $47,000
'17 Lariat 501A $45,000

'18 XLT 302A $41,500
'17 XLT 302A $39,250

If everything else is the same, I'd go with the '18.

For me, there aren’t enough benefits to a Lariat for spending another $3k and getting a truck that is a year older. I faced a similar choice this summer and ordered an 18 302A. I love my truck.

It depends, do you want push to start or leather seats and a few other tech stuff on the Lariat?
