Sporadic rough idle when stopped at traffic light. Actually died at stop yesterday. No check engine light. Happens with or without the AC running. Has happened off and on over the last yearbor so.
Anyone had this happen, or any ideas what it could be?

turns out the Throttle Body was bad....thanks everyone.

 

Probably tune-up time. How many miles? Any towing or heavy hauling? More info on your truck would be very helpful.

 

96k miles, never towed trailer

 

I concur with 52merc. The plugs are listed for 100k miles. It's probably about that time. Otherwise, check your air filter and fuel filter. If they're OK, might need to get it in to a shop to check it on the computer.
