2016 Sync 3 Touchscreen Problem
Long time lurker, first time poster. Traded my 2012 F150 for a new 2016 yesterday and have a problem with the touchscreen. The dealer is 2 hours from here so I wanted to see if anybody else has had this problem before I make the trek.
The touchscreen is 'almost' non-responsive. When I touch an icon, it takes 3-4 seconds typically before I hear a beep and the command takes effect. On the 'Settings' menu, where it takes a swipe across the screen to see the second page of icons, the swipe is impossible to execute. On the screens where there are slider bars, the sliders will not slide. It's incredibly slow to respond to anything. I've already tried a master reset and I pulled the fuse.
I'm pretty upset with myself that I did not run the system through its paces before I left the lot yesterday but I guess that's water under the bridge at this point.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

all I can say is mine is about as fast as my Nexus 6P phone for response. on occasion I do see a slight delay but not 3-4 seconds. Version 2.2 is even faster then 1.0 was, its about as fluid as you can get.
Thanks for the response. I can't really find anything online regarding this issue so I guess it's just bad luck. Still ticked that I did not notice this before driving off of the lot.
