Hi Everyone, just traded in my 2009 for a 2016 and noticed the call quality seems terrible. I'm talking about the audio inside the truck. When using SYNC to make a call it seems like all the audio comes from the front center speaker and sounds like it's coming through a tin can. It's a noticable step down in sound quality from my 2009. I am still on version 1 need to find a flash drive big enough to do the update. For some reason it won't update itself over Wifi.

Also seems like if I am listening to talk radio that it just doesn't sound right. Hard to explain but sounds slightly distorted. Music sounds fine though. I only notice it when listening to the radio or the news through Sirius.

Any thoughts before I take it in to get looked at?
