2016 Micromill?
Hey there, always read the forums but finally decided to make an account and post.
Does anybody know the weight reduction they're getting in the new 2016's with the new micromill aluminum?
I didn't care about Sync3 but I am a little annoyed they talked up their new aluminum trucks and then change to an even lighter and stronger aluminum for the 2016's already.

Curb weights didn't change much at all.
2016 Min Vehicle Base Curb Weight - 4x2: 4,051 lbs.
2016 Min Vehicle Base Curb Weight - 4x4: 4,305 lbs.
2015 Min Vehicle Base Curb Weight - 4x2: 4,050 lbs.
2015 Min Vehicle Base Curb Weight - 4x4: 4,309 lbs.
2016 Min Vehicle Base Curb Weight - 4x2: 4,051 lbs.
2016 Min Vehicle Base Curb Weight - 4x4: 4,305 lbs.

They will only be using it on a few parts and adding to their use of micromill as the years go on. I wouldn't hold your breath of you think they will suddenly drop another 300lbs or something.
