2016 Lithium Gray custom emblems
I ordered these custom painted from a guy off of ebay, and man did they turn out awesome! I had the oppurtunity to install them over the weekend, and also delve into the plasti-dip world for the fender badges. What do you guys think?

Those look great! I like your tailgate decal as well, I will be going that route soon. I have read some not so great things about some of the painted ovals from the 2 major sellers on ebay. They seem to chip easily. I hope they are better quality than I have seen reported here lately.

Thanks alot! I am pretty happy with them, and they seem to be very well painted, however, time will tell.
I like the tailgate panel as well, its fairly subtle, especially on the Lithium grey, but enough of a difference to stand out a little bit.
I am going to try to paint the Factory emblems that came off the truck in the next few days, to see if its something i want to get into to make a little extra drinking money hehe

I really like them. I have the Ruby Red version to match mine. At first the picture head on they kind of look black, but you really see it when they are on the truck. I think you did a great job.
As far as chipping, it is paint right on the center front of your vehicle. It is going to get hit by every dust, dirt, rock and bug. Also bug guts unless cleaned off will eat paint. I wash and wax mine just as if it was normal paint on my truck. I also remove the bug guts as soon as they are on there. This really helps a lot.

I am pretty much the same way, i like to go out and get the truck dirty, but like it MUCH better when its all clean and shiny!!
I am fairly **** about things being clean, and am a happier person when they are as such haha

I am not as happy with the Plasti-dip results, as it seems the lines arent as crisp as i would like them to be. I ordered a new set of fender badges and am going to paint them Lithium Grey while off the truck to achieve the end result i am looking for!

Those look pretty nice. The straight on tailgate shot gives a great view of the color. Care to share the ebay seller? As for chipping, I always wonder if anyone has considered adding a coat or 2 of clear before installing their badges? I know you shouldn't have to do work on a brand new item, but depending on the price...

looks amazing. when popping off that rear F150 emblem are there any holes that remain there? I wanna debadge my rear like that and would love to get black emblems for the side F150s.

No sir, i used a heat gun to remove the F150 from the tailgate, and there are no alignment holes behind that one. Just a little goo gone and some elbow grease after the badge is removed and you'll be all good!
