Default 2016 Lariat SCrew - 285/65R18 on stock wheels and stock height?

I have been doing a lot of searching, but have not come up with a definitive answer to this. I want to replace the original 275/65R18 tires on my 2016 Lariat, I will be keeping the stock wheels and will NOT have a level so stock height. I want to go slightly taller and wider so I am considering the BFG KO2 in 285/65R18. From what I can tell these are about 1/2" wider and taller than the stock size. My wife has severe arthritis in her knees so a lift would not be an option. Is there anyone out there running this tire size on stock wheels and height? If so any issues with rubbing or putting the wider tire on the stock wheel? Pictures would be great as well. Thanks in advance.

I have a 16 Lariat, same size factory tire, no lift, went to the factory 20" wheels and 275/60/20 tires which are about half inch wider and 33" tall. Only had to trim drivers side mudflap on inside. This might help you decide.

Your tires are .4" taller than the 285/65, but .4" narrower. Any pictures you can share?

I've got 285/65-20s in mine. 34.5 tall, 11.5 wide, no level, stock tires. I have no doubt u can fit 285/65-18. My old f150 had 275/70-18, basically 1" taller than stock, and had plenty of room.

That is great info! I talked to Tire Rack earlier today, and they said that size fits no problem. Great looking truck!

This wouldn't help with tire clearance, but if you're wanting a level look without lifting the front you could always lower the back to level it for about the same price. Tires would still clear everything just fine.

Not going for the leveled look so much as want a better tire at a slightly larger size. I have looked into removing the rear blocks, but I do tow occasionally so I opted to leave them in.
