Default 2016 Grille/Camera project

I have a 2016 with the front facing camera. I was thinking about changing out the grille to one of the mesh grilles like this:

I didn't want to have to cut a hole in the grille for a camera so I was wondering if one of the new Ford logo camera kits like this would work:

Does anyone know if this is an easy swap from a camera/electrical standpoint?

I see it's been a couple days and no answer, and I'm not able to give you a great answer, but I did see somewhere that you can get just the Ford oval with the camera hole, and not have to change the whole grille. I'm not 100 percent on this, but I figure a little uncertain info is better than none at all?

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping someone might have an idea.
I've seen the replacement ovals, but the 2016 camera is a box kinda thing mounted on the grille and the 2018 camera looks like it's contained within the emblem. I don't think I can make the old one fit in the new emblem. I was really hoping I could just buy a OEM 2018 camera and emblem and it would plug into the harness in my 2016 truck. I've seen some aftermarket cameras but they have RCA connections and don't just plug in.

Sorry I can't be more help. I don't have a camera up front (although I may have to add one to get 2018 adaptive cruise control) so I can't go out and look at mine for your answer.

No problem. Maybe someone else will see the thread and have some advice. I appreciate the input. In the meantime I'll try to go by the dealership when I get some time and hopefully figure it out.

If the camera comes with the oval, Don't see why it wouldn't work. Good catch on that one!
