Just got the truck back yesterday- they replaced all the cam phasers. It seems to running ok now. We continued to try and have them honor the warranty but no such luck. We were told that it would have to come from corporate to ok and that did not work. Not sure how much more I want to argue with Ford- you would think there would be enough evidence that Ford has a problem and there should be a recall. Good Luck !!!

Update to #763 above (rough idle status / repairs).
After those repairs, the truck has been running great. I have driven it enough to have noticed it did not run or idle rough yet whereas it would have many times by now.
Plugs, PCV, oil change and water pump.
Hope it stays that way.
If not, I will post another update as a thanks for all the info and advice and history on this site.
