2016 F150 XLT FX4 5.0 V8 with135,000 mikes
My truck started loosing MPG with in the last year. It was always low but I didn't have a problem because I have over size tire 30s or 31s. Everything else is stock truck.
The truck backfires when letting off gas. I punch the gas pedal to the floor truck doesn't respond quick. It has a Hesitation and then jumps. When I'm cursing down the high way, it gets 11 MPG but city driving 12 to 12.5 MPG
1. I had the truck in for the Transmission Module, fixed.
2. Replaced Throttle Body
3. Replaced Spark Plugs and Coils
4. Replaced All 4 VCTs

Truck throwing Code - P2195, P2197
O2 sensor signal biased/stuck lean bank 1 and 2
-P0430
Catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 2

I'm not sure but I'm thinking a injector or injectors seals or stuck open.
please help. I'm getting fed up.
