Talking 2016 Coolant Leak

My 2016 Lariat started leaking coolant about 6 months after I bought it (used - February 2020). The first time into the dealership they said no problem found. Two weeks later I'm back and this time it was diagnosed as a water pump and heater hoses. Two weeks later I'm back again and this time it was the turbos leaking. They replaced them (lucky for me they left off the cost of the parts in my quote so my service advisor would not let them go back and adjust the price). HOWEVER, two weeks later I'm back but this time I'm seeing the service manager. I told him if they can't fix it just refund my labor costs and I'll go elsewhere. This guy was awesome. He said that he would fix it at no cost to me and gave me a 2020 XLT to drive. It took a month to figure out the leak was in a cylinder, they ordered new parts but due to COVID and issues with getting gaskets it took 2 months and 2 days BUT I have my truck back, no costs, and no problems.

Sometimes there are good people out there.
