2016 Climate control problem
I just got a 2016 F150 Platinum last week. The next day I started noticing the climate control wasn't acting right. At the time, it was warm outside so the system was delivering cool air via AC, but at random times it would start blowing hair dryer hot air out the vents and then return to cold air. I went back to the dealer and was told the service department couldn't look at it until today. I was stymied by this, but none the less was patient given last week was a short work week. In the meantime, it turned cold here and I started having the reverse problem with hot air blowing out the vents (as opposed to the floor where it should be) cycling to really cold air. I also noticed that the driver and passenger side would at times be blowing completely opposite temperature air out the vents.
Well after patiently waiting over a week and having the truck at the dealer all day, I was told that the climate control was operating "as designed". I blew a gasket and went down and insisted that the service writer and the salesman ride in the truck. They both admitted that it wasn't acting right, but they aren't the ones working on the truck. It angers me that the service technician didn't even try to identify the problem. I know this isn't the way it's supposed to act--in fact the 2015 they gave me as a loaner doesn't perform this way. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

My 2016 Platinum SCrew climate controls run about 8 degrees below what it's supposed to. I talked to the service manager to see if the calibration could be adjusted with software like on my old Volvo. He didn't know. Nobody knew. That's where we left it, they had no idea what to do. Start ripping the dash apart on an exploratory? I don't think so.... I guess I will just live with it.
I think these trucks are too complex for anyone but the design engineers who came up with the designs. Seriously.

Hi
I'm sorry about my english in forehand but i have wierd issue with F150 2016 Platinum climate. I didnt notified it earlir, but as i have bouht it at this summer and now is cold outside i feel the issue
So my car blower do not start to work before the engine comes hot and after that i press off climate and start with MAX function. Than it starts to blow at the begin with max rpm and when i press Auto than it works fully normally as it should be. Unless i stop and if the engine do not cools down below the some of 80 degrees of Celsius are everything ok. As soon as the engine goes under 80 degrees than i should wait until it warms up again and than start the MAX procedure.
I have tried to load all "as Built" data from the Motorcraftservice site for FCIM and IPC but no help so far. Also no any fault codes what i can associate with this issue. Maybe its controlled form other modules aswell and there is something wrong ?
I do not belive what it should be like this. At least when i make the remote start than the blower start blow almost immediately even if its engine is cold. But when i press the break and start button the climate wakes up and even the blower speed is shown 7 not comes any air from the outlets.
Thanks in advance in any hint !
Kind regards,

Seems to be found the reason! Poor relay. Tried again and measured by forescan data values and compared results with voltage tester found poor relay connecting. (Before i just heard what relay is clicking and think what it was ok ) Probably when temp under the bonnet were high enough had somehow relay better contact. As more as MAX setting requires more amperage power thru relay.
Thanks anyhow
