Default 2016 brake lines

I have a 6 inch lift on my Lariat. I did NOT do my lift as I purchased it with it. My brake lines are collapsing. Should I replace the brake lines with OE or get new ones with a slight modification of 2 inches or more in length?

Cool 2016 brake lines

Hey all. I have a six inch lift and my brake lines are collapsing. I don't know if they are OE lines or not. The question is should I replace with OE lines or replace with upgraded lines that are 2 or more inches longer?

I dont do lift but my guess would be use longer ones to relieve any stress or specifically made for a lifted truck to be safe!

Get a stainless brake line kit designed to match the lift. If you have to rip out the stock lines, you might as well do it right.

Thanks f one fiddy. I just wonder why there is zero sites that sell brake lines with lift options. The only one is a custom site and boy it's expensive. Check it out.
