Default 2016 3.5 Ecoboost 56k miles rough idle

So I have a 2016 F150 platinum with a 3.5 ecoboost engine. I've been trying to find the solution to my problem. When my truck idles around 500rpms to 700rpms the truck has a rough idle. When I drive the truck everything is good but as soon as I stop at a red light you can feel it. If you open the door and watch the door you can see it. Ford has replaced the throttle body and I have also replaced plugs. The truck is at the dealer and they are waiting for Ford to give them directions on what to do next. Any ideas?

All gapped properly. My truck has been at the dealer for about a week. I have read about carbon build up on the valves. I wonder if this is the cause of the rough idle.

Who knows. Mine is a bit rough but I haven't even messed with it as I just haven't had time. Would be interesting if it was carbon buildup. Let us know what they find out.

If you get a chance open your door and see if you notice the door shake.

Likely spark. So the thingy in top of one of the plugs is bad?

Coils should not be bad and dealer has test those.

My 2015 3.5 eco has a rougher idle than my 2008 5.4 Expedition with 187,000 miles on it.

I think it's the transmission. I change the fluid in my Expedition every 50,000 miles and it's a very smooth idle.

Why would it be the transmission if it's stopped to idle?

Chevy recently had this issue. TSB said to replace the motor mounts. After that wouldn't work, dealer said it was operating as designed. Now I have a Ford. Hope they get you squared away.
