Default 2016 2.7 Ecoboost engine bolts possibly missing question

Hey, hoping someone can shed some light on this. I am the second owner of this truck, purchased last summer. I was checking the fluids today and noticed on the drivers side engine it looks like two bolts are missing and the passenger side two nuts are missing. I have recently taken it to the mechanics for an oil change but have never noticed this until now. Is this normal? Would someone who has a 2015 or 2016 be able to see if your 2.7 looks like this. From my engine and the marks looks like something was attached there or there were bolts but no longer but I could be wrong. Thanks all.

Drivers side is a lift point. Passenger side appears to have the bolt heads sheared. If you are the second owner do you have any history on the vehicle? I know the 2016’s had some issues with the long block which causes some to have engine repair and this could be the case with yours. Just a thought.

Thanks for the photos, much appreciated. Had records but nothing of a major repair. I know the previous owner had used his own mechanic as well as Ford, but nothing that I saw when purchased. I’ve been bringing it to Ford since I got it and they haven’t said anything. Hopefully it’s alright. Would you know if I need to place that lift piece with the bolts back in or is it ok to have them out like that. And fingers crossed engine ok.
