2018 fronts have difference headlights... they are shaped just a tab bit different... so you would have to swap the ENTIRE front end, not just the grill.

Ya, except I mentioned all trucks after 99 look good with the Raptor grill. Last I checked, 2015 was after 1999. I haven't seen a Raptor style grill that looks good on trucks prior to 1999.

Correct, you have to swap out the headlights as well, which looks like it can be done.

It’s not just the headlight though the bolt pattern for the ‘18 headlights are different so some/all of the headlight supports will be different as well. Some one here has done the swap I remember seeing a thread on it
