Use silicone spray on them to keep them supple. This is one of the first things I do when bringing home a new vehicle. All the rubber window and door seals get dosed with copious amounts of silicone spray and moving door parts get white lithium grease.

FYI, only food grade silicone is alright for your seals...There are a few true seal treatments out there, google search. I really like Adams SVRT, tried the 303 stuff, and I still prefer Adams.

I just ordered the 303 stuff from Amazon, hope it is good for moonroof and doors etc...

I've been using the regular old aerosol can silicone for many years now, with perfect results.

2015 Platinum sunroof pours water
I recently purchased a 2015 F-150 Platinum on 11/23/15. The first weekend I had it rained pretty much all weekend. Monday it was parked and the sun was out, I notice heavy condensation on the inside of all windows including the sunroof. Took four days for that to stop. Took it through the car wash last night and had the same problem today. Tonight I found the problem. On each side of the twin panel sunroof, in the middle between the front and rear glass, it pours water inside. See video link below.
