2015 vs 2016
First of all, what a great forum! I've had other cars and their forums aren't nearly this in depth!
Ok, heres my dilemma. 0% x 72 months financing for 2015's, which are great looking trucks vs waiting for 2016 f150's which will likely have higher interest rates (even at credit unions). Plus I heard yesterday they're thinking of raising interest rates. I hate math, but if its right, 2% financing is about 75-100 bucks per month which would be 7200 extra in interest costs vs not having interest cost with 0%.
So, I know sync 3 is coming out but others on the forum had stated they wouldn't wait to get the 2016s just because of that.
Thoughts? I love these discussions.

Here's the breakdown:
$50,000 financed @ 0% for 72 months would be $694 per month = $0 total interest.
$50,000 financed @ 2% for 72 months would be $738 per month = $3,102 total interest.
Not *THAT* much of a difference over the life of the loan - $43 per month.
There are plenty of online loan payment calculators so you can run your own numbers. I used this one: http://www.calcxml.com/calculators/l...ulator?skn=445
Good luck!

Im ordering mine this afternoon. I don't think that sync 3 is a big enough reason to wait. Im just hoping they have made a change to the dash design already and are not waiting till the '16 model year. I'd rather not have a warped dash on a brand new truck.
All orders for the 2015 end on Sept 3rd. Ford starts building the 2016 on October 12th. Any supposed flaws for MY 2015 will not be corrected until MY 2016. It's too late in the game for any changes to 2015
I was waiting for the 16' but bit the bullet on a 15' with rebates. Saving around 11k$. I just want a truck and my Ford touch is perfect! It's not 100% compatible to iPhone where sync 3 will be more compatible. From my understandings! At least I can answer my phone haha
