I didn't realize that water in the tracks is normal. I've had sunroofs before on other vehicles and the tracks were always bone dry.

As posted elsewhere, the water in the tracks should drain through tubes in the side pillars. You can sometimes hear the gurgling in a drive-through car wash

This is probably premature in your case, but in South Florida the tubes can clog with mold because of the rain and humidity. So people pour a dilute bleach solution into the tracks from time to time to keep the system clean.

---

Never mind. I see now you are in Ontario. Perhaps there is an ice blockage in the system?

They put a drain system in there for a reason.

How long have you had your truck and when did you order it?

We too have this issue and it's been three weeks and still no resolve. They have ordered replacement glass and we are told that the glass is on back order and they have no timeline as to when the glass will arrive. This is completely unacceptable ford knows about this issue and is not stepping up.
This is the second f150 we have had issues with and are ready to just turn in the keys as we have only had this one for a couple of months.

Well got the call, the glass is in. Was told two hours to replace the rear glass and went back to pick up my truck and the interior is in pieces. Not a happy camper. I am now without a vehicle for two days as they didn't realize what was involved to replace it. At this point the way my luck is going the glass won't make a difference and I will be having to deal with yet another leak and likely an interior that wasn't put back together properly.
