I'm going to put some miles on it today and see what happens, the advance trac light didn't come on last night on my 25 mile drive home. The service people asked me if the turn signals worked when the light came on and my signals still worked. I still can't believe that the heavier tires could cause this issue, the BFG's weigh about 12 more pounds apiece than the original stock tires though, this sure has been frustrating.

I wonder if there's an alignment problem or something along those lines. Does it pull to the left or right while driving straight?

The alignment was checked and it drives straight ,I put 120 miles on yesterday and no problems. I guess the heavier tires must have something to do with it , or else the wheel sensors think so, I will have to figure something out by end of weekend as I have to decide if I'm keeping the BFG's or not on Monday

I don't see how it could be the tires either , but we can't figure out why the advance trac has never came on with the stock tires.

Why do these Ford dealers so fast to blame something else other that the real problem...

It's really not worth buying a new car or truck anymore with a warranty. Reading all this it's like we don't really have a warranty at all.

They should just tell you buy it as is.

One reason I would never ever buy an extended warranty from the dealer. I don't want to have to deal with them any longer than I have to.

I get the GEICO MBI Cost $30 every 6 month 7yr/100k mile and I can take it where I want.

The service manager has been good to work with, but I just can't believe that they have no answer other than the tires are the problem . They told me they submitted my problem to the Ford hotline?, I don't know who they are but their suggestion was to change my tires back to stock. I asked them to put my BFG tires and wheels on the truck that they took off the lot to let me use its stock tires and wheels , they did and said that the truck with my tires didn't cause any advance trac lights to go off, but they only drove it 5 miles. I asked them to drive it more over the weekend to see if they can make the light come on, will see what they say tomorrow.
